Hypnobirthing is intended solely as an 'aid' to 'help' increase the comfort of labour and birth and is not in any way a guarantee or promise of expected, imagined or actual outcome of the labour or birth in any way shape or form.
Participation in Hypnobirthing classes in any part or in total by any person or third party is undertaken with the understanding by any persons or third party that no litigation or legal action whatsoever will be initiated or that no form of compensation or reimbursement or refund will be claimed or applied for at any time now or in the future against About My Birth, KG Hypnobirthing Ltd, its instructors, or its representatives under any circumstances whatsoever.
Any booking of an About My Birth Hypnobirthing course assumes full and informed compliance to and agreement with all of these terms and conditions of sale. In the event of a dispute, English law pertains

Courses must be booked in advance and paid in full.
A booking does not constitute the creation of a contract and About My Birth reserves the right to amend, withdraw, decline or cancel courses for any reason, this includes but is not limited to, changing dates, times, prices. Changes to course times and dates will be notified in advance and any course already paid in full will not be subject to any further price increase.
In the event that a course is cancelled by the organiser, About My Birth, participants will be refunded in full via the payment method used to book the course promptly.
If you wish to cancel your course, please give at least 48 hours notice before the agreed start date, the fee will be paid promptly and in full. Any courses cancelled after this time will receive a partial refund at the discretion of About My Birth, unless circumstances dictate otherwise. In the event that your baby arrives before the start of your course, fees will be refunded in full.
VAT is not applicable.
The participants agree that all data held by About My Birth will be kept on digital and hard files, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the GDPR regulations 2018. We will not sell or give your data to another company.
Any recording or written material included as part of this course and all rights worldwide (including Intellectual Property Rights) relating thereto respectively are the sole property of About My Birth and KG Hypnobirthing Ltd, or others from whom such rights may be derived (whether or not protected by trademark and copyright laws) and may not be used other than for the personal use of the participant without obtaining prior written permission. The participant agrees not to record the course or any part thereof. The participant also agrees that, from time to time, About My Birth may film or record the course for sales, marketing, promotional or quality control purposes. By attending the event, the participant consents to being filmed or recorded for the duration of the event and agree that Jessica Nilson-Mair, About My Birth shall retain all Intellectual Property Rights arising from any resulting media.
